FOR CONSIDERING Tim McGowan Studio for your wedding photography. We have been photographing weddings for over 30 years, so we understand the financial responsibilities and pressures of planning a wedding. Therefore, our prices are set to accommodate most budgets and wedding plans. Labor is included in most cases so there is no time limit. All prices and picture totals including option 3 with an album are adjustable.

Wedding Packages

The prices indicated below include an engagement sitting, the wedding day photography, processing, and labor. Proofing will be web posted with a password, the pictures can be viewed and ordered by you or anyone that you wish to share it with. They are posted for 4 months after the wedding, after that they are $10.00 per month. The pictures are viewed full resolution and can be seen and ordered in color or black and white. Anyone that ordered from this system may do so without involving you, the Bride and Groom. The order comes directly to the studio and is processed and mailed back to the customer. Payment is made by check or credit card through the website or cash if picked up here in the studio.

If you wish to have 4x6 proofs instead they are available for $2.00 each, limited to one of each with 400 being the maximum. A proof book for the 4x6 proofs is also available. Prices for the proof book are based on the number of proofs selected.

Option 1

This option includes the preparations at the location of the wedding, the ceremony, formals (inside only) and the complete reception including the toast, cake and cutting the cake, garter and bouquet toss and all of the main activities.

This option includes the rehearsal in some cases, preparations at the same or a separate location, the ceremony, formals indoor and out, and all of the major events at the reception along with your choice one of the following:

-Contact Sheets of all proofs

-Picture Postage Stamps

-Photo and Frame Favors

Option 3

This Option is a package deal that includes the selection of one of the items listed in option 2 and one of the following:

-An album with up to 12 pages (24 sides to fill with pictures) and a picture allowance for reprints in the album of $300.00.

All of the proof options above may be customized to meet your special needs. Locations and unusual travel arrangements may incur additional charges that will be passed on to the customer. Special wedding plans may also mean that more or less than the amount of pictures specified might be needed. The prices will be agreed upon in advance and stated on the contract.

Reprint and Enlargement Prices

A 10% discount will be offered on the reprints if you return within 60 days from receipt of previews.

SIZE	PRICE	Our Parents Book special is a free book with 24 purchased 4x6 reprints. (approx value of Parent Book alone is $40.00) A free 8 x 10 is yours for full pre- payment on all wedding photography options. Foam Core mounting and lacquer spray add 10 % to 11 x 14 and 16 x 20 price Additional "thank you" cards are $1.50 each with picture! A Signature Matte (click here to see a signature matte) and 11 X 14 (sold separately) is $350.00 Please add 6% sales tax to all totals

General information and terms:

We reserve the right to change photographers due to health or scheduling conflicts. However you will be notified in advance of the change. No price reduction considerations will be made in the event of such a change. You will however still be guaranteed 100% satisfaction in all cases.

PROOFING......

Contact sheets may be ordered instead of, or in combination with, the web posting proofing at $5.00 per page if all proofs are used, or $6.00 per page for selected proofing. A book and composite cover page would also be included. If you wish to have 4x6 proofs instead, they are available for $2.00 each. A proof book for the 4x6 proofs is also available: the price of the book is based on the size of the book that is needed to hold the amount of proofs.

PAYMENT........

is made by a deposit of $200.00 upon signing of the contract. This is applied towards your balance. Then four weeks before the wedding, 50% of the option chosen must be paid. The balance is due before the pictures can be posted (approximately 1 week from the date of wedding). If your budget allows full payment in advance, you will receive one 8 x 10 free when the reprints are ordered.

Should an emergency or scheduling conflict arise, we reserve the right to change photographers. You will be notified in advance when possible. No price considerations or reductions will be made in the event of such a change. 100% satisfaction guaranteed.

REPRINTS........

MUST be ordered within 2 years of wedding date. (see below) If you return your order within 60 days of receipt of your web posted proofing, you will receive 10% off the total picture order (not the albums or frames). The photo allowance mentioned on option three already has the 10% calculated in. Additional reprints needed to complete an album as well as other picture orders, are available at the discount.

THE DIGITAL FILES...

will be yours to keep after 2 years. YOU MUST CALL to claim the negatives or files. You may call within several weeks of your second anniversary for an appointment to pick them up. They will be free unless we must call you. The cost will then be $25.00. It is then your responsibility to safely store and care for the negatives. (Instructions will be included.) We recommend a place other than with the pictures, such as a bank safe deposit box, or equivalent.

(Files may be purchased before the 2 year date- prices per quote).

Prices discussed on the proof option at the initial meeting will be held firm throughout the wedding date. The reprints will be charged according to current price at the time of the order.

A second photographer may be available for candid photographs throughout the event.
