For the 2009-2010 high school senior… something new from Tim McGowan Studio:
For the 2009-2010 senior, our proofing method and the portrait session fees have been changed to more efficiently view and order your pictures. We will still offer the same creative and fun style of photography to capture your moods and personality, your hobbies and sports. Bring your friends, your dog or cat and we’ll come to your location for your horse. I will work with you to take these images as you wish, wherever you wish. We have some great locations in and around our studio and throughout the Lebanon County. We do not count the number of clothing changes or location changes. You may come back several different times of the year for a different look in a different season. We offer beach sessions(click here for more information), mountain trails, farm locations, even at your school in the gymnasium or pool. Some destinations might charge a fee for the use of their property. That fee will be paid by Tim McGowan Studio in advance but billed on to the customer. Some travel fees could apply depending on distance and location.
This year to have your senior portrait taken we have the prices set on an hourly basis as follows: Indoors at the studio only………........................................................ $35.00 per hour Inside the studio and outside on the studio premises.…................ $35.00 per hour Inside the studio and outside at different locations......................... $35.00 per hour Outside at different locations than the studio……........................... $35.00 per hour You must pay the above when the pictures are taken and you must pay in hourly increments. Any unused time is credited towards reprints. The clock starts at the appointment time and includes changing of clothes, travel to different locations but not proof viewing at the studio if you want to view the proofs right away.
To view your proofs: To view your proofs, you simply go to your assigned website. You will have to enter a password of your choosing. If you want anyone else to view and order reprints from your portrait session, only you give them that password. They will be posted for 3 months, additional time will cost $10.00 per extra month. To place an order, simply follow the directions using the shopping cart on the web site. You can see your picture in black and white or color and order accordingly. There is also a place to provide any special cropping instructions or retouching requests which are included in the picture price that is posted on the web site. The reprint prices are on the web site and are automatically figured in with the sales tax with the shopping cart on the site. You may pay for the pictures when you order, using a secure credit card system or by check sent to the studio. An order may be sent to your home by paying the shipping and handling charge or pick them up at the studio. You may also choose to have either proof sheets at $5.00 each or 4x6 proofs printed for $4.00 each. Books are available to hold either style proofing methods.

A make-up and hair
consultant is available by request and appointment. Arrangements may be made for special location sessions. If it is a location other than the studio property, and there is a charge to use that area, any cost involved will be passed on to the customer.
Yearbook Picture Sets – either color or black and white, on CD or paper, are available for $10.00. Yearbook pictures can also be printed while you wait, in most cases. We have the required background for Cedar Crest High School Rush charge is +50% on Yearbook pictures. Click here to see a sample graduation proof book.
